Founded on
Fifth Avenue.
VYRA is a medical lounge built by people who grew tired of choosing between clinical rigor and a space that felt like somewhere they actually wanted to be.
We did not build VYRA to be the biggest.
We built it to be the one we wished existed.

Why patients choose
this practice.
San Diego has no shortage of wellness clinics. Here is what makes ours different — point by point, defensible on paper, and visible from your first visit.
Physician-led, not signature-only.
Many medical spas employ a Medical Director who reviews paperwork once a quarter. Ours conducts every Good Faith Examination and signs every protocol — by name, on a real chart, with full clinical responsibility for what we prescribe.
Brand-name medications. Only.
We do not compound GLP-1s. We prescribe Wegovy, Zepbound, Mounjaro, and Ozempic — FDA-approved, manufacturer-supplied. It costs more. We charge accordingly. We do not cut corners on the medicine that goes into your body.
The legal menu. The entire menu.
Some California clinics still offer BPC-157, TB-500, and CJC-1295 — peptides the state has restricted in 2025. We do not. Our peptide menu — NAD+, Sermorelin, Gonadorelin, VIP, PT-141 — is short, fully compliant, and built to stay that way.
Five protocols. Done well.
We are not a drip bar with a hormone counter and a peptide rack glued on. We chose a small menu so we could be excellent at all of it — IV therapy, GLP-1 weight management, hormone optimization, legal peptides, and recovery shots. Each is a real protocol with quarterly review.
No upsells. No contracts. No fine print.
Membership is month-to-month, cancellable with thirty days’ notice. The price you see is the price you pay. We do not push add-ons during your visit. We do not run “limited-time” promotions. We do not need to.
A space that belongs on Fifth Avenue.
Linen throws, noise-canceling headphones, herbal tea, natural light, and a private chair for every patient. Not a fluorescent strip-mall clinic. The space is the medicine too — we built it that way on purpose.
