Peptides,
precisely curated.
A carefully selected menu of Category 1 peptides permitted under current California law. Prescribed by a physician, dispensed by a licensed pharmacy, administered with full informed consent.
What we do not offer
VYRA does not prescribe BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin (compounded), MK-677, or other peptides prohibited under California's 2025 rules. A deliberate clinical and legal choice to protect you.
Frequently Asked
About peptides.
California's 2025 regulations significantly restrict these peptides. We honor those restrictions — and the long-term safety profile is insufficiently characterized anyway.
PT-141 (Vyleesi®) is FDA-approved for a specific indication. NAD+, Sermorelin, Gonadorelin, and VIP are legally obtainable through licensed pharmacies and prescribed off-label. GHK-Cu is a cosmetic peptide.
Your first administration is done with a VYRA nurse present. You receive a pharmacy-provided kit with instructions, sharps container, and aftercare. A follow-up telehealth check-in confirms you are comfortable.
Baseline labs before initiation, follow-up at 3 and 6 months. Sermorelin requires IGF-1 monitoring; PT-141 requires cardiovascular screening.
Every protocol begins with a conversation.
