Infusions,
done properly.

At VYRA, our physician-formulated infusions are designed to support immune function, restore hydration, accelerate recovery, and promote overall wellness. Each blend delivers vitamins, minerals, and amino acids directly into the bloodstream — bypassing digestive absorption for clinical-grade efficiency.

Two tiers, one standard of care. From the original Myers cocktail to physician-formulated longevity protocols — every infusion is delivered by a licensed nurse in a private suite, after a Good Faith Examination.

Signature Blends.

Six physician-formulated infusions for the most common reasons our patients walk in the door. Each is a specific clinical tool, not a marketing exercise.

i.

Immunity

A high-dose blend of vitamin C, zinc, and B-complex. Built for the day after a long flight, the start of cold season, or the morning before a big presentation.

45 min · Private suite $169
ii.

Inner Beauty

Glutathione, biotin, and the antioxidant complex our patients ask for by name. For skin clarity, hair quality, and the kind of glow that doesn't come out of a bottle.

45 min · Private suite $189
iii.

Recovery & Performance

Amino acids, magnesium, and B12 for the athlete or the executive who treats their body like one. Pre-event for endurance, post-event for the soreness most people accept as normal.

60 min · Private suite $199
iv.

Reboot

For the morning after. Saline, electrolytes, anti-nausea, B-complex, and glutathione. Not a moral judgment — just a competent answer.

60 min · Private suite $199
v.

Quench

Pure hydration with electrolytes. The lowest-friction entry to the menu — and the one we recommend most often as a first visit.

30 min · Private suite $169
vi.

Myers Cocktail

The original. Magnesium, calcium, B-complex, and vitamin C — Dr. John Myers' 1960s formulation, still the most-prescribed IV blend in the country, for good reason.

45 min · Private suite $189

Beyond the
six.

Our signature menu covers what most patients walk in asking for. Beyond it, your physician can custom-formulate an infusion based on lab work — adjusting micronutrient ratios, adding NAD+ for cellular repair, or building a longevity stack that aligns with your protocol.

The same blend, every time, isn't always the right answer. We titrate to outcomes, not to the menu.

Two Tiers · One Standard of Care

Choose your experience.

Both tiers are physician-led, administered by licensed nurses, and meet the same clinical standard. The difference is the experience — the chair, the time, the attention. You decide.

Tier i.

VYRA Standard

Same drips you'd get anywhere in San Diego — in a private suite, with a physician on-site.

Our entry tier is priced at the San Diego market standard. The clinical formulations match what's available at any reputable IV practice. What's different is everything around the drip — the chair, the time, the staff, the silence.

NAD+ Infusions

Administered in 1L IV fluid over 1.5–2.5 hours. NAD+ supports cellular energy, ATP production, recovery, and healthy aging.

Specialty Infusions

Add-Ons · à la carte

Vitamin C · B12 · B-Complex · Glutathione · Zinc · Toradol · Zofran · Benadryl · Calcium · Magnesium · Carnitine · Arginine

Choose 1 — $35 · Choose 2 — $60 · Choose 3 — $75

Extra fluid bag $50 · IV NAD+ add-on $90 (50mg) / $150 (100mg) · Push-form "mini IV" available from $75.

Tier ii.

VYRA Signature

Custom physician-formulated protocols, longevity infusions, and exclusive Founding Fifty experiences. Available only at VYRA.

Why Signature?

Signature protocols are formulated by our Medical Director — not pulled from a standard menu. They include extended physician consultation, premium ingredients (including pharmaceutical-grade glutathione and methylene blue when clinically indicated), and the unhurried pace our most discerning patients expect. Hillcrest members save 15%; Fellowship members save 20%.

i. What to expect

Your first visit.

Plan for ninety minutes. After a brief consultation and Good Faith Examination with your physician, you will be shown to a private suite — reclining chair, linen throw, noise-canceling headphones, filtered light. Your nurse will begin the infusion. Read, work, or close your eyes.

ii. Good to know

Before you arrive.

  • Eat a light meal within two hours of your appointment
  • Hydrate throughout the day — 32 oz minimum
  • Wear clothing with easy access to your arm
  • Disclose all medications and supplements at intake
  • If pregnant or breastfeeding, please tell us
Frequently Asked

About IV therapy.

When administered by a licensed nurse under a physician's order, after a Good Faith Examination, IV therapy is generally safe for appropriate candidates. The primary risks are bruising, infiltration, and rare allergic reactions.
No. Our physicians conduct a Good Faith Examination at your first visit. Bring any recent lab work and your current medication list.
California law requires it. Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 2242 mandates a prior examination by a licensed physician before any prescription — including injectable medications.
IV therapy at VYRA is an elective service and is generally not covered by insurance. We can provide a superbill upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Most patients do well with one to two infusions per month. The Hillcrest membership includes two per month; Fellowship is unlimited.
