SMS Terms.
Mobile messaging program — patient and member communications. If you've given us your mobile number, this document explains exactly what you have signed up for, how often we will text you, and how to stop at any time.
1. Program Description
VYRA Management, Inc. and VYRA Medical Corporation operate two mobile messaging programs: (a) transactional messages — appointment confirmations, reminders, intake links, lab-result notifications, prescription pickup notices, and replies from your care team; and (b) optional marketing messages — wellness updates, new-protocol announcements, and Founding Fifty member communications.
2. Consent
By providing your mobile number on any VYRA form (online intake, paper intake, booking flow, or membership enrollment) and checking the SMS consent box, you expressly consent to receive autodialed and pre-recorded text messages from VYRA at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Frequency varies. Most patients receive between two and eight transactional messages per month, plus up to four marketing messages per month if opted in. You will not receive marketing messages unless you separately opt in.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. VYRA does not charge for SMS — your carrier may.
5. How to Stop
You can opt out of any VYRA messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further texts from that program. To rejoin, reply START or contact us.
6. How to Get Help
Reply HELP to any VYRA message for support, or contact us directly at 1·888·810·2897 or hello@vyra.clinic. For clinical questions, please call the practice — text is not a substitute for a clinical visit, and we do not respond to medical questions over SMS.
7. Supported Carriers
Our messaging program is compatible with the major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and most MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
We treat your phone number and message content as Protected Health Information when it pertains to your care, and as confidential personal information at all other times. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy & HIPAA Notice for full details.
9. Eligibility
This program is available only to patients and prospective patients located in the United States. You must be 18 years or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to enroll.
10. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version always lives at vyra.clinic. Material changes will be communicated via the messaging program itself before they take effect.
